本研究旨在分析脑卒中患者的动机、认知评价以及情感反应等心理因素对自我管理能力的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to analyze the influence of psychological factors such as motivation, cognitive evaluation and emotional response on self-management ability of stroke patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.严重认知障碍或沟通障碍； 2.简易精神状态检查评分超过27分； 3.病情不稳定或有严重合并症的急性期参与者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. severe cognitive impairment or communication barriers; 2. a Mini-mental State Examination score above 27; 3. participants in the acute phase of their disease with unstable conditions or severe comorbidities.
