本课题旨在评估脑深部电刺激术对帕金森病患者的运动症状及非运动症状的临床疗效

Objectives of Study：

This topic aims to evaluate the clinical efficacy of deep brain stimulation on motor and non-motor symptoms in patients with Parkinson's disease

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.各种继发性帕金森综合征、家族遗传性帕金森综合征、帕金森叠加综合征。 2.伴有其他严重的神经系统疾病、意识丧失、痴呆（简易智能状态检查(MMSE)≤24分）、精神障碍等无法交流患者； 3.有严重的基础疾病无法耐受手术或影响术后生存期者； 4.不能遵守试验计划.

Exclusion criteria：

1.Various secondary Parkinson's syndrome, familial inherited Parkinson's syndrome, and Parkinson's superposition syndrome. 2.Patients with other serious neurological diseases, loss of consciousness, dementia (simple intelligent state examination (MMSE) 24 points), mental disorders and other patients unable to communicate; 3.Having the serious underlying disease who cannot tolerate the operation or affect the postoperative survival period; 4.Failure to comply with the trial schedule.
