应用全外显子组测序对不明原因复发性流产的夫妻进行遗传学筛查，以期找到致病原因并避免向下一代传递。  

Objectives of Study：

Application of whole exome sequencing for couples with unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion to do genetic screening to find the cause and avoid transmission to the next generation.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

染色体异常、内分泌功能失调、免疫性疾病、子宫发育异常、先天性和获得性血栓形成倾向，以及感染和环境因素

Exclusion criteria：

parental and embryo chromosomal abnormalities, endocrinological dysfunctions, immunological diseases, uterine structural abnormalities, prothrombotic states, infections and environmental factors.
