研究目的：

拟采用偏币序贯法用istonic回归计算1～6岁患儿艾司氯胺酮静脉注射减轻儿童术前焦虑的ED95  

Objectives of Study：

Using partial coin sequential method and istonic regression to calculate the ED95 of ketamine intravenous injection for reducing preoperative anxiety in children aged 1~6 years old

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.近2周上呼吸道感染者； 2.贫血、营养不良、肝肾功能异常者； 3.严重心脏血管疾病； 4.智力障碍者； 5.有神经精神系统疾病； 6.有麻醉药物过敏史； 7.服用镇静催眠类药物史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with upper respiratory tract infection in the past 2 weeks; 2. Anemia, malnutrition, abnormal liver and kidney function; 3. Severe cardiovascular disease; 4. Persons with intellectual disabilities; 5. Have neuropsychiatric diseases; 6. History of allergy to anesthetic drugs; 7. History of taking sedative-hypnotic drugs.
