研究目的：

本研究的目的是通过观察试验组和对照组顺娩产妇母乳喂养情况、母乳喂养知识、态度及焦虑水平，以及泌乳启动时间、泌乳启动延迟发生率、新生儿体重等指标的变化，分析、比较组间差异，探讨乳房爬行对顺娩产妇泌乳的影响和情感体验，为乳房爬行和纯母乳喂养的推广应用提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to investigate the effects of breast crawl intervention on lactation and maternal emotional experiences in women following vaginal delivery. By comparing the experimental group (breast crawl intervention) and the control group, we will assess key indicators, including breastfeeding status, breastfeeding knowledge, attitudes, maternal anxiety levels, time to lactogenesis, incidence of delayed lactogenesis, and neonatal weight. The findings will provide evidence-based insights to support the promotion of breast crawl and exclusive breastfeeding practices.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

合并不宜乳房爬行和母乳喂养的母婴疾病， 包括传染病急性期、处于细菌或病毒急性感染期、进行放射性碘等。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria included maternal or neonatal conditions unsuitable for breast crawl and breastfeeding, such as acute infectious diseases, acute bacterial or viral infections, and undergoing radioactive iodine therapy.
