纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、孕妇。2、恶性肿瘤、免疫缺陷及自身免疫性疾病患者。3、白细胞计数大于40×109/L或氧合指数小于80。4、患者或家属要求退出研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant women;
2. Patients with malignant tumor, immunodeficiency and autoimmune disease;
3. The white blood cell count is more than 40 x 10^9/L or the oxygenation index is less than 80;
4. the patient or family members need to withdraw from the study.
