研究目的：

1.评价体外膈肌起搏和重复外周磁刺激的疗效。 2.观察重复外周磁刺激在脑梗死患者膈肌功能应用上的优劣。 3.为脑梗死患者的膈肌功能康复提供科学依据。

Objectives of Study：

1. Evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of external diaphragm pacing and repetitive peripheral magnetic stimulation. 2. Observe the advantages and disadvantages of repetitive peripheral magnetic stimulation in the application of diaphragmatic function in patients with cerebral infarction. 3. Provide scientific evidence for the rehabilitation of diaphragmatic function in patients with cerebral infarction.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、患者存在脑干梗死； 2、患者既往有癫痫史； 3、患者存在重要器官功能严重受损或病情危重； 4、带有心脏起搏器、耳蜗植入或其它植入金属物； 5、严重的认知障碍、情绪障碍、精神异常等不能配合者； 6、患有慢性阻塞性肺疾病、肺结核和肺癌的呼吸系统疾病，或伴有影响功能检测的肌肉、骨骼问题如肋骨骨折等。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) The patient has a brainstem infarction. (2)The patient has a history of epilepsy. (3)The patient has severe impairment of major organ function or critical illness. (4) The patient has a cardiac pacemaker, cochlear implant, or other implanted metal devices. (5)The patient has severe cognitive disorders, emotional disorders, mental abnormalities, or other conditions that prevent cooperation. (6)The patient suffers from respiratory system diseases such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, tuberculosis, and lung cancer, or has musculoskeletal problems affecting functional testing, such as rib fractures.

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

使用 EXCEL 表格，使用 RAND()函数生成 36 个随机数，使用 RANK.AVG函数将 36 个随机数按大小进行排序，排序号除以 3 后加 1，可得到余数 1、2、3，分别对应对照组，EDP 组和 rPMS 组。由一名不参与本研究的人员生成本试验随机号后，并将结果留存保管，受试者知情同意后，根据入组顺序取得相应随机号，得到随机号的受试者被分到对照组、EDP 组和 rPMS 组。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

We used the random number table method to randomly assign patients to three groups in a 1:1:1 ratio. The three groups respectively received respiratory training, external diaphragm pacing treatment, and repetitive peripheral magnetic stimulation treatment. All data were centrally managed through an online data management system.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：	研究数据直接记录于实验记录本，并转换成电子数据保存于设有密码的计算机中，通过统计学软件绘制统计图表。
