研究目的:

本项目针对“树脂充填恢复磨牙大面积缺损生理形态”这一关键临床问题展开研究,拟采用数字化技术进行虚拟充填,恢复患牙形态和咬合关系并生成目标修复体,结合逆向工程原理设计充填印章,基于复面洞序列充填的理念生成充填导板,采用三维打印制作基于印章法的充填修复序列导板;重点研究数字化技术制作序列导板流程中不同平台、软件之间的整合,制定相应的技术路径和规范,并且评估序列导板所恢复的充填体形态准确度;最后,通过临床随机对照研究评估序列导板用于磨牙大面积颊牙合面缺损充填修复技术敏感性和临床效果。本研究有望填补三维打印序列导板技术在牙体缺损的树脂直接粘接修复领域的空白,为磨牙大面积缺损的修复提供新方法、新思路。  

Objectives of Study:

This study aims at the key clinical problem of "resin filling to restore the physiological morphology of large molar defects". It is planned to use digital technology to carry out the virtual filling, restore the morphology and occlusal relationship of the affected teeth generate the target restoration, design and create the filling guide in combination with the principle of reverse engineering, and use 3D printing to produce the sequence guide. This study focuses on the integration of different platforms and software in the process of making sequence guides by digital technology, formulates corresponding technical paths, and evaluates the accuracy and clinical effect of sequence guides via a clinical randomized controlled study. This study is expected to fill the gap of 3D printing sequence guide technology in the field of direct resin restoration of tooth defects and provide new methods and ideas for the restoration of large molar defects.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.有牙髓相关症状,牙髓测试较对照敏感或疼痛,X线片根尖周影像异常,龋坏透影区极近髓或去腐过程中露髓。
2.口腔卫生状况不佳,存在夜磨牙、不良饮食习惯等情况;
3.受试者对试验产品有过敏史;
4.女性处于妊娠期或哺乳期;
5.全身性疾病不能耐受等;

Exclusion criteria:

1.Pulp related symptoms, pulp tests were sensitive or painful. Radiographs showed abnormal periapical images. Caries were very close to the pulp or pulp was exposed during preparation.
2.Poor oral hygiene. There are night teeth grinding bad eating habits and other conditions;
3.The volunteer has a history of allergy to the test product;
4.The woman volunteer is pregnant or breastfeeding;
5.The volunteer has systemic disease or intolerance to the treatment, etc;

本课题使用纸质和电子表格两种数据记录方式。首先采用纸质方式记录相关数据,作为原始观察记录。之后,根据受试者的原始观察记录,将数据及时、完整、正确、清晰地载入电子表格。本课题原始数据在按要求完成数据录入和核查后,按编号的顺序归档保存,并填有检索目录,以备查考。原始数据转换为电子数据文档、表格后,生成多个备份,并保存在不同的记录介质上,妥善保存,防止损坏、丢失。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture:

This study uses both paper and electronic data recording methods. First, the data is recorded in paper form as a raw record. After that, the data was completely, and correctly loaded into an electronic sheet based on the original records. After the original data is entered and verified as required, it shall be archived and stored in the order of numbering, and the retrieval directory shall be filled in for reference. After the original data is converted into electronic data documents and forms, multiple backups are generated and saved on different recording media, which are properly stored to prevent damage and loss.
