研究目的：

观察超声引导下肩袖间隙药物注射联合肩胛上神经阻滞在治疗粘连性肩关节囊炎的临床效果和安全性，为临床治疗提供新的思路和方案，提高患者的治疗效果和生活质量。通过前瞻性随机对照试验，比较联合方案与单肩袖间隙注射治疗粘连性肩关节囊炎的疗效差异，为优化粘连性肩关节囊炎的治疗方案提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Observation of the clinical efficacy and safety of ultrasound-guided rotator cuff injection combined with suprascapular nerve block in the treatment of adhesive capsulitis, providing new ideas and plans for clinical treatment, and improving the treatment effect and quality of life of patients. Through prospective randomized controlled trials, compare the efficacy differences between combination therapy and single rotator cuff injection in the treatment of adhesive capsulitis, and provide scientific basis for optimizing the treatment plan of adhesive capsulitis.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）由创伤或手术、骨关节炎、肿瘤、局部感染等引起的继发性ACS。 （2）在3个月之内曾接受肩部皮质类固醇激素注射治疗。 （3）经影像学检查证实肩袖撕裂、肩峰撞击综合征或钙化性肌腱炎等； （4）未控制的糖尿病（HbA1c>7%），存在凝血功能障碍；

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Secondary ACS caused by trauma or surgery, osteoarthritis, tumors, local infections, etc. (2) Received shoulder corticosteroid injection therapy within 3 months. (3) Confirmed by imaging examination, such as rotator cuff tear, acromion impingement syndrome, or calcified tendinitis; (4) Uncontrolled diabetes (HbA1c>7%), with coagulation dysfunction;

Intervention：

Combination of rotator cuff injection and suprascapular nerve block: 5ml of a mixture of 20mg of triamcinolone acetonide and 0.4% ropivacaine, followed by ultrasound-guided suprascapular nerve block; A mixture of 40mg of triamcinolone acetonide and 10ml of 0.4% ropivacaine was injected into the rotator cuff space under ultrasound guidance.

该研究是一项随机对照试验。将54例患者按照就诊顺序进行编号，通SPSS27.0软件产生一组随机号，种子数20241010，按1:1比例随机分为2组，54名受试患者根据对应匹配的序号分别纳入第1组或第2组中。

This study is a randomized controlled trial. 54 patients were numbered in the order of their visits, and a random number was generated using SPSS 27.0 software with a seed size of 20241010. They were randomly divided into 2 groups in a 1:1 ratio, and 54 patients were assigned to either Group 1 or Group 2 based on their corresponding matching numbers.
