研究目的：

探究严重烧伤后各阶段肠道微生物群的变化及其与多脏器功能之间的相互关系，为开发新的治疗靶点或药物制剂提供策略。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the changes in the gut microbiota and their interrelationships with multiple organ functions at various stages after severe burns, and to provide strategies for the development of new therapeutic targets or pharmaceutical agents.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、年龄小于18岁或大于60岁; 2、轻中度烧伤患者; 3、既往健康状况一般，如患高血压、糖尿病、冠心病等。

Exclusion criteria：

1, age less than 18 years old or greater than 60 years old; 2, patients with mild to moderate burns; 3, general health conditions in the past, such as suffering from hypertension, diabetes mellitus, coronary heart disease and so on.
