Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy and safety of thyroid surgery with different approaches

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.既往存在颈部手术史、颈部照射史者；
2.有凝血功能障碍、严重心肺功能或肝肾功能障碍等手术禁忌者；
3.双侧恶性病灶或术前彩超、CT提示考虑侧颈部淋巴结转移需清扫者；
4.临床资料不全、住院期间或随访过程中依从性差的患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Previous history of neck surgery, neck irradiation history;
2.Patients with coagulation dysfunction, severe cardiopulmonary function or liver and kidney dysfunction and other surgical contraindications;
3.Bilateral malignant lesions or preoperative color ultrasound or CT suggested that lateral cervical lymph node metastasis should be dissected;
4.Patients with incomplete clinical data and poor compliance during hospitalization or follow-up;
