研究目的：

目的是在为期1年的随访中，全面比较静态计算机辅助种植手术（s-CAIS）和机器人辅助种植手术（r-CAIS）在单颗种植体植入的精度和手术时长、种植体和修复成功率、患者治疗效果以及边缘骨水平变化等方面的表现。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this program is to comprehensively compare the performance of s-CAIS and r-CAIS in terms of precision and operation duration of single implant placement, implant and restorative success rates, patient outcomes and marginal bone level change with a 1-year follow-up.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

即刻种植；骨增量手术；未控制的糖尿病（HBA1c ≥ 7.5%）；重度吸烟者（>10 支/天）；酗酒或长期滥用药物；免疫抑制；双磷酸盐使用史；过去5年内接受过局部放射治疗和未控制的局部口腔感染；癫痫或精神疾病；无法配合手术。

Exclusion criteria：

immediate implant; bone augmentation procedures, uncontrolled diabetes (HBA1c ≥ 7.5%), heavy smokers (>10 cigarettes/day), alcoholism or chronic drug abuse, immunosuppression, history of bisphosphonate use, local radiation therapy within the last 5 years and uncontrolled local oral infections, epilepsy or mental illness, inability to co-operate with surgery.
