评估本干预方案的实际效果和持续性为老年骨科患者围术期谵妄个性化干预提供科学依据，改善老年骨科患者的手术治疗效果和生活质量。  

Objectives of Study：

Evaluate the actual effectiveness and sustainability of this intervention plan to provide scientific basis for personalized intervention of delirium in elderly orthopedic patients during the perioperative period, and improve the surgical treatment effect and quality of life of elderly orthopedic patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.存在严重心、肺、肝、肾等器官功能不全的患者;
2.精神病患者;
3.拒绝参加该研究的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with severe heart, lung, liver, kidney and other organ dysfunction;
2.Psychiatric patients;
3.Patients who refuse to participate in the study.
