研究目的：

ERCP手术相关报道其呼吸相关不良事件发生率高，主要体现在低氧血症等问题，为了解决此安全隐患，我们研究的目的是：优化ERCP手术的麻醉用药方案，降低术中低氧血症的发生率，提高医疗质量安全  

Objectives of Study：

In order to solve this safety hazard, the purpose of our study is to optimize the anesthetic medication regimen of ERCP surgery, reduce the incidence of intraoperative hypoxemia, and improve the quality and safety of medical care

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、血流动力学不稳定的患者；
2、急性呼吸道感染患者；
3、阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(OSAHS)；
4、严重肝肾功能不全患者；
5、镇静镇痛类药物过敏、滥用史的患者；
6、精神疾病或意识障碍不能配合的患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1、Patients with hemodynamic instability;
2、Patients with acute respiratory infections;
3、Obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAHS);
4、Patients with severe hepatic and renal insufficiency;
5、Patients with a history of sedative and analgesic drug abuse;
6、Patients with mental illness or consciousness disorders who cannot cooperate;
