研究目的：

1.观察自体输尿管-移植肾集合系统吻合术治疗复杂移植肾输尿管梗阻的安全性和有效性；2.建立这种新型手术方式的适应症和技术规范；  

Objectives of Study：

1. Investigate the safety and efficacy of native ureteral-transplanted renal collection system anastomosis in treating complex transplant kidney ureteral obstruction; 2. Establish indications and technical standards for this novel surgical approach.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 血清肌酐水平>= 400 umol/L； 2. 存在活动性感染的患者； 3. 身体状况无法耐受手术（心肺功能差、凝血机制差）； 4. 自体输尿管有病变的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Serum creatinine level >= 400 umol/L; 2. Patients with active infections; 3. Patients in poor health unable to tolerate surgery (poor cardiopulmonary function, poor coagulation); 4. Patients with lesions in their native ureter.
