研究目的：

通过本项目研究，建立本地区脑卒中多中心数据库，提供全面科学的脑卒中相关诊治的流行病学资料，为卫生行政管理部门的决策提供科学依据。通过前瞻性队列研究，明确脑梗死患者随访期终点事件的发生率和危险因素，提出风险预测模型。通过对内皮功能相关三个基因6个位点单核酸多态性（SNPs）检测，明确它们与缺血性脑卒中易感性、脑梗死出血转化、终点事件相关性；采用广义多因子降维法，明确基因-基因、基因-环境交互作用对终点事件的影响，从基因水平寻找脑卒中可能的易感基因，找出导致脑卒中发病的基因靶点，为将来对高危人群进行基因治疗和对新靶点的药物研发提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This project aims to establish a multi-center database for stroke in the region, providing comprehensive and scientific epidemiological data related to stroke diagnosis treatment, and offering scientific evidence for decision-making by health administrative departments. Through prospective cohort studies, the project will determine the incidence of endpoint events and risk factors in with cerebral infarction during the follow-up period, and propose a risk prediction model. By detecting six single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in endothelial function-related genes, the project will clarify their associations with ischemic stroke susceptibility, hemorrhagic transformation of cerebral infarction, and endpoint events. Using generalized multifactor dimensionality reduction method, the project will identify the effects of gene-gene and gene-environment interactions on endpoint events, seek possible susceptible genes for at the genetic level, and find genetic targets that cause stroke, providing theoretical basis for future gene therapy in high-risk populations and the development of new drugs targeting these targets.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、心源性脑栓塞、其它病因型脑梗死及病因不明确型脑梗死患者；2、既往有脑卒中病史的患者；3、伴有其它遗传病者；4、不愿参加本项目研究的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with cardioembolic stroke, other etiological types of cerebral infarction, and cerebral infarction of unknown cause; . Patients with a history of stroke; 3. Patients with other hereditary diseases; 4. Patients who do not wish to participate in this project
