研究目的：

本课题采集重症感染患者的血浆样本，监测重症感染患者体内的替加环素血药浓度，建立替加环素在重症感染患者中的群体药代动力学模型，应用患者的PPK（群体药代动力学）/PD(药效动力学)模型仿真时间-药物浓度曲线、药物浓度-疗效曲线，探索替加环素在重症感染患者中的PK参数，为临床个体化治疗提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, plasma samples from critically ill patients were collected to monitor the plasma concentration of tigecycline in patients with severe infection. Population pharmacokinetic models of tigecycline in patients with severe infections will be established. We will use PPK （Population Pharmacokinetics) / PD (pharmacodynamics) model of patients to simulate the time-concentration curve and concentration-efficacy curve, exploring the PK parameters of tigecycline in patients with severe infection, providing referance for individualized treatment.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.对替加环素过敏者，患过敏性疾病或属过敏体质者；
2.未使用替加环素的鲍曼不动杆菌或肺炎克雷伯菌感染患者；研究者认为其有任何原因可能不会完成本研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. People who were allergic to tigecycline or hypersensitive;
2. Patients infected by Acinetobacter baumannii or Klebsiella pneumoniae,but did not use tigecycline; Patients who were considered not be candidate for the trial.
