明确老年患者髋关节置换术前睡眠障碍与围术期血流动力学波动的相关性，为加强围术期风险管理，促进老年患者髋关节置换术后快速康复提供指导  

Objectives of Study：

To determine the correlation between preoperative sleep disorders and perioperative hemodynamic fluctuations in elderly patients undergoing hip arthroplasty, and to provide guidance for strengthening perioperative risk management and promote rapid recovery of elderly patients after hip arthroplasty

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1）急诊手术病人； 2）术前合并严重心血管疾病（如心肌缺血、心绞痛、心力衰竭和心律失常等）；或最近6个月内出现心肌梗死的受试者； 3）术前血压控制不满意的高血压受试者（收缩压≥180 mmHg和/或舒张压≥100mmHg）； 4）术前有颅脑损伤、颅内高压、脑动脉瘤以及有神经精神类疾病（精神分裂症、躁狂症、抑郁症、痴呆、中风、癫痫、帕金森、AD、认知障碍等）病史以及服用精神类药物的受试者； 5）术前有内分泌系统（如甲亢、肾上腺肿瘤）相关疾病的受试者； 6）术前被判定为困难气道（改良马氏评分为Ⅳ级）的受试者； 7）既往有同侧髋关节手术史的受试者； 8）嗜酒或药物成瘾者； 9）不配合无法沟通者； 10）电子病历系统中病例资料缺失。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Emergency surgery patients; 2) Subjects complicated with severe cardiovascular disease (such as myocardial ischemia, angina, heart failure and arrhythmia) before surgery; or subjects experienced myocardial infarction in past last 6 months; 3) Hypertensive subjects with unsatisfactory preoperative blood pressure control (systolic blood pressure >= 180 mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure >=100mmHg); 4) Subjects with a history of brain injury, intracranial hypertension, cerebral aneurysm, neuropsychiatric diseases (schizophrenia, mania, depression, dementia, stroke, epilepsy, Parkinson's, AD, cognitive impairment, etc.) or taking psychiatric drugs; 5) Subjects with endocrine system related diseases (such as hyperthyroidism, adrenal tumors) before surgery; 6) Subjects diagnosed with difficult airway (modified Marhalanobis score IV) before surgery; 7) Subjects with a history of ipsilateral hip surgery; 8) Alcohol or drug addicts; 9) Subjects who are uncooperative and unable to communicate; 10) Subjects with missing data in electronic medical record system.
