研究目的：

本试验拟讨论不同通气方式对头低足高位腹腔镜手术患者术后肺部并发症的影响，以期寻找适宜的通气方式。  

Objectives of Study：

This trial aims to discuss the effects of different ventilation modalities on postoperative pulmonary complications in patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery in Trendelenburg position, with a view to finding appropriate ventilation modalities.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1)急诊手术,非计划内的再次手术 (2)动脉置管禁忌 (3)严重心、肺、肝、肾功能不全 (4)术前合并明显呼吸系统疾病，如严重肺部感染等 (5)术前呼吸空气时SpO2≤90%或PaO2≤60mmHg，术前血红蛋白＜90g／L (6)预计存在困难气道者

Exclusion criteria：

(1) emergency surgery, unplanned reoperation (2) contraindication of arterial catheterization (3) Severe heart, lung, liver and renal insufficiency (4) Preoperative complicated with obvious respiratory diseases, such as serious pulmonary infection, etc (5) Preoperative SpO2 ≤ 90% or PaO2 ≤ 60mmHg when breathing air, preoperative hemoglobin < 90g / L (6) It is expected that there is a difficult airway
