研究目的：

比较丙泊酚与苯磺酸瑞马唑仑在超声支气管镜下纵隔淋巴结活检术老年患者血流动力学稳定性、苏醒质量的影响，为临床治疗提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the effects of propofol and remazolam besylate on hemodynamic stability and quality of recovery in elderly patients undergoing mediastinal lymph node biopsy under ultrasound bronchoscope, and to provide reference for clinical treatment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①对本研究所用药物过敏者；②术前检查存在凝血功能疾病、心肺功能不能耐受手术等情况；③合并精神疾病或认知障碍者；④BMI>30 kg/m² 者；⑤合并心脑肾等器官的严重器 质性病变；⑥吸毒或成瘾性药物病史；

Exclusion criteria：

① Patients who are allergic to the drugs used in this study; (2) There were coagulation disease and cardiopulmonary function intolerance before operation; ③ Patients with mental illness or cognitive impairment; ④BMI>30 kg/m²; (5) Serious organoplasmic degeneration of heart, brain, kidney and other organs; ⑥ History of drug use or addictive drugs;
