研究目的：

1. 确定未服药青少年强迫症的肠道微生物群特征，并与健康对照组进行比较，以揭示与强迫症相关的特定微生物种类； 2. 深入了解微生物-肠-脑轴在未服药青少年强迫症中的作用机制，并探讨其与疾病发展的关系； 3. 鉴定与青少年强迫症相关的生物学标记，为早期诊断和个性化治疗提供新的思路。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To determine the characteristics of the gut microbiota in drug-free adolescents with obsessive-compulsive disorder and compare them with a healthy control group to reveal specific microbial species associated with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder; 2. To gain a deeper understanding of the mechanisms of the microbiota-gut-brain axis in drug-free adolescents with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder and explore its relationship with the progression of the disease; 3. To identify biological markers associated with adolescent Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, providing new insights for early diagnosis and personalized treatment.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

患者组： （1）有物质依赖病史；有可以达 SCID 轴 I 诊断标准的精神疾病或病史；有脑外伤、癫痫或其他脑器质性疾病； （2）实验室检查显示有其他严重躯体疾病及代谢障碍； （3）近8周曾使用益生菌、抗生素、非甾体抗炎药或类固醇治疗； （4）孕妇或哺乳期患者； （5）合并糖尿病、内分泌疾病（甲亢、桥本甲状腺炎)、心脑血管疾病（高血脂、中风）、自身免疫性疾病（炎症性肠病、肠易激综合征、乳糜泻、类风湿关节炎、干燥综合征）等躯体疾病以及胃肠道手术史或近3月发生过肠道感染(阑尾切除术或胆囊切除术除外)； （6）极端饮食，如素食主义； （7）入组前1个月内存在饮食结构、生活习惯发生重大改变； （8）色盲。 健康对照组： （1）有物质依赖病史；有可以达 SCID 轴 I 、II的任何精神疾病或病史；有脑外伤、癫痫或其他脑器质性疾病； （2）两系及三代精神病家族史阳性者； （3）曾服用过抗精神病药、抗抑郁药；近8周曾使用益生菌、抗生素、非甾体抗炎药或类固醇治疗； （4）合并糖尿病、内分泌疾病（甲亢、桥本甲状腺炎)、心脑血管疾病（高血脂、中风）、自身免疫性疾病（炎症性肠病、肠易激综合征、乳糜泻、类风湿关节炎、干燥综合征）等躯体疾病以及胃肠道手术史或近3月发生过肠道感染(阑尾切除术或胆囊切除术除外)； （5）极端饮食，如素食主义； （6）入组前1个月内存在饮食结构、生活习惯发生重大改变； （7）孕妇或哺乳期； （8）色盲。

Exclusion criteria：

Patient Group: (1) History of substance dependence; history of mental disorders that meet the SCID Axis I diagnostic criteria; history of brain trauma, epilepsy, or other organic brain diseases; (2) Laboratory tests indicate other severe physical diseases and metabolic disorders; (3) Use of probiotics, antibiotics, nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, or steroids within the last 8 weeks; (4) Pregnant or breastfeeding patients; (5) Comorbidities including diabetes, endocrine diseases (hyperthyroidism, Hashimoto's thyroiditis), cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases (hyperlipidemia, stroke), autoimmune diseases (inflammatory bowel disease, irritable bowel syndrome, celiac disease, rheumatoid arthritis, Sjögren's syndrome), history of gastrointestinal surgery, or history of gastrointestinal infection within the last 3 months (appendectomy or cholecystectomy excluded); (6) Extreme diets, such as vegetarianism; (7) Significant changes in dietary structure or lifestyle within the last month before enrollment; (8) Color blindness. Healthy Control Group: (1) History of substance dependence; history of any mental disorders that meet the SCID Axis I or II diagnostic criteria; history of brain trauma, epilepsy, or other organic brain diseases; (2) Positive family history of mental illness in two generations and three degrees; (3) History of taking antipsychotic or antidepressant medications; use of probiotics, antibiotics, nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, or steroids within the last 8 weeks; (4) Comorbidities including diabetes, endocrine diseases (hyperthyroidism, Hashimoto's thyroiditis), cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases (hyperlipidemia, stroke), autoimmune diseases (inflammatory bowel disease, irritable bowel syndrome, celiac disease, rheumatoid arthritis, Sjögren's syndrome), history of gastrointestinal surgery, or history of gastrointestinal infection within the last 3 months (appendectomy or cholecystectomy excluded); (5) Extreme diets, such as vegetarianism; (6) Significant changes in dietary structure or lifestyle within the last month before enrollment; (7) Pregnant or breastfeeding; (8) Color blindness.
