研究目的:

1.主要目的:评估基于人工智能的图像分析结合解剖及生理特征预测困难气道的准确性,并验证人工智能模型对评估困难气道的可行性。 2.次要目的:困难气道患者的独立危险因素。对比人工智能预测模型与其它统计方法模型相比,是否提高预测困难气道的敏感性。  

Objectives of Study:

1. Primary Aim: To assess the accuracy of AI-based image analysis combined with anatomical and physiological features in predicting difficult airways, and to validate the feasibility of AI models for assessing difficult airways. 2. Secondary objective: independent risk factors for patients with difficult airways. To compare whether the AI prediction model improves the sensitivity of predicting difficult airways compared to models of other statistical methods.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.头颈口腔颌面部外伤或畸形、声门下狭窄、颈椎疾病患者;
2.中枢神经系统疾病或精神障碍患者;
3.有沟通障碍、语言障碍或严重的视觉或听力障碍的患者;
4.由于昏迷、严重痴呆、语言障碍或严重疾病而无法进行交流的患者;
5.过去三个月内参与过相关临床研究者;

Exclusion criteria:

1.Patients with head and neck oral and maxillofacial trauma or deformity, subacoustic stenosis, cervical spine disease;
2.Patients with central nervous system diseases or mental disorders;
3.Patients with communication disorders, speech disorders, or severe visual or hearing impairments;
4.Patients who are unable to communicate due to coma, severe dementia, speech impediment or serious illness;
5.Participants in relevant clinical studies within the past three months;
