研究目的：

目前骨科日间手术护理管理存在术前宣教、术中衔接和术后准备不到位等问题。本研究引入“健康管家”护理管理模式，通过非同期对照研究评估其效果，以改善这些问题，提升患者整体医疗体验。  

Objectives of Study：

Currently, there are issues in the nursing management of orthopedic day surgery, including inadequate preoperative education, poor intraoperative coordination, and insufficient postoperative preparation. This study introduces a "Health Butler" nursing management model to address these issues and improve the overall medical experience for patients by conducting a non-concurrent controlled study to evaluate its effectiveness.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）伴有认知障碍或精神障碍；（2）多处切口手术患者；（3）伴有肿瘤、凝血功能障碍或自身免疫系统疾病；（4）中途要求退出或无法继续参与者；（5）不能完成本研究规定时间的随访者；（6）治疗过程中出现病情变化以致不能继续参与者，如深静脉血栓形成。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) patients with cognitive or mental disorders; (2) patients undergoing multiple-site surgeries; (3) patients with tumors, coagulation disorders, or autoimmune diseases;(4) patients who request to withdraw or are unable to continue participation; (5) patients who cannot complete the required follow-up within the study period; and (6) patients who experience changes in their condition during treatment that prevent further participation, such as deep vein thrombosis.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

病例记录表（CRF）： 尽管本研究的调查为医疗护理员而非患者，但为了符合数据管理的规范，我们设计了专门的调查记录表，用于记录研究对象的基本信息、工作情况、培训经历等数据。这些记录表将作为数据采集的基础工具，确保数据的完整性和准确性。 电子采集和管理系统（EDC）： 本研究采用问卷星作为数据采集工具，通过在线问卷的方式收集数据，并将数据导出至Excel进行初步整理和存储。虽然问卷星和Excel并非传统意义上的EDC系统，但它们能够满足本研究数据采集和管理的基本需求，确保数据的高效收集和初步分析。 此外，我们计划在研究过程中逐步探索使用更规范的EDC系统（如ResMan），以进一步提升数据管理的标准化水平。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Case Record Form (CRF): Although the subjects of this study were medical care workers rather than patients, in order to comply with the norms of data management, we designed a specialized case record form to record the basic information, work conditions, training experiences, etc. of the research subjects. These record forms will serve as the basic tools for data collection, ensuring the completeness and accuracy of the data. Electronic Data Collection and Management System (EDC): In this study, Questionnaire Star was adopted as the data collection tool. Data were collected through online questionnaires and exported to Excel for preliminary sorting and storage. Although Questionnaire Star and Excel are not traditional EDC systems, they can meet the basic needs of data collection and management in this study, ensuring efficient data collection and preliminary analysis. In addition, we plan to gradually explore the use of more standardized EDC systems (such as ResMan) during the research process to further enhance the standardization level of data management.
