明确围手术期严重过敏反应的诊断，并进一步明确过敏原。  

Objectives of Study：

Clarify the diagnosis of perioperative anaphylaxis and identify the allergens.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

对于手术室内可疑发生过敏反应、或曾发生可疑严重过敏反应（根据病史提供）的患者，进行相关临床数据收集、血液样本采集（进行类胰蛋白酶检测）、安排后续皮肤试验。

排除标准：

1.拒绝签署知情同意书； 2.研究者认为患者有不宜参加本研究的其它原因。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Refuse to sign the informed consent form; 2.The researchers think the patients have some other problems and are not suitable to participate in this study.

A suspected anaphylaxis had occurred in the operating room, or a suspected severe allergic reaction occurred in the operating room (based on medical history).

Sample size：

干预措施：

过敏相关特殊检查：血清类胰蛋白酶峰值水平（严重过敏反应发生15分钟至2小时内）、血清类胰蛋白酶基线水平（症状完全缓解至少24小时后测定，严重过敏反应者建议推迟采血）。症状完全缓解4-6周后，进行皮肤试验

Specific tests related to allergies: peak serum tryptase level (within 15 minutes to 2 hours of the onset of anaphylaxis), baseline serum trypsin level (measured at least 24 hours after total relief of symptoms.Perform skin tests after total relief of anaphylaxis.
