研究目的：

1. 利用PSMA PET对检出术床复发灶的高敏感性，研究前列腺癌术后术床区复发的位置和规律，指导术后精准放疗。 2. 将复发区域与现有的两个主要的术后靶区勾画指南RTOG、GFRU、ESTRO指南进行对比评估覆盖率，进一步优化术床区靶区勾画的范围。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Using the high sensitivity of PSMA PET to detect the recurrence of the operating bed, the location and regularity of the recurrence in the operating bed area after prostate cancer surgery were studied to guide the precision radiotherapy after surgery. 2. Compare the recurrence area with the existing two major postoperative target delineation guidelines, RTOG, GFRU and ESTRO, to evaluate the coverage rate and further optimize the scope of target delineation in the operative bed area.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.既往术床区接受过放射治疗、近距离放疗、冷冻、高强度聚焦超声。 2.除前列腺癌外有其他盆腔恶性肿瘤史。 3. 研究者认为不适宜参加临床试验者。 4.仅有远处转移无术床复发的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Radiotherapy, brachytherapy, cryotherapy, and high-intensity focused ultrasound have been received in the operative bed area. 2. History of other pelvic malignancies in addition to prostate cancer. 3. Participants considered unsuitable for clinical trials by the researchers. 4.There were only patients with distant metastasis without bed recurrence.
