研究目的：

观察牙龈瘤术后使用和不使用短效塞治剂覆盖创口时，患者的疼痛反应程度及术区龈炎指数。探索口腔软组织缺损时更优的创口处理方式。  

Objectives of Study：

Observe the degree of pain response and gingivitis index in the surgical area of patients with and without the use of short acting periodontal dressing to cover the wound after epulis surgery. Explore better wound management methods for oral soft tissue defects.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.患牙存在修复体或充填体； 2.全身系统性疾病未控制者； 3.孕妇或哺乳期女性； 4.精神障碍或智力障碍者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The affected tooth has restorations or fillings; 2. Individuals with uncontrolled systemic diseases; 3. Pregnant or lactating women; 4. Individuals with mental or intellectual disabilities.

试验开始前，采用随机数字表法于 1-42 间随机抽选 21 个数字，受试者按照入组顺序进行 01-42 的编号，获得被选出编号者为试验组（A），其余编号者为对照组（B），不进行设盲。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Before the start of the experiment, a random number table method was used to randomly select 21 numbers between 1-42. Participants were numbered 01-42 in the order of enrollment, and the selected number was the experimental group (A), while the remaining numbers were the control group (B). Blinding was not performed.
