研究目的：

本项目观察不同根面处理方式下：SRP、SRP+Er:YAG组、SRP+浓缩生长因子、SRP+Er:YAG +浓缩生长因子，牙周炎患牙根面形态的改变，以及牙龈成纤维细胞在根面的附着和生物学行为的影响，来探讨Er:YAG激光和透明质酸凝胶在根面处理中的应用潜能。

Objectives of Study：

In this project, we observed the changes in root surface morphology of periodontitis-affected teeth, as well as the attachment of periodontal fibroblasts to the root surface and the influence of their biological behaviours in different root surface treatments: SRP, SRP + Er:YAG group, SRP + hyaluronic acid gel, and SRP + Er:YAG + hyaluronic acid gel, in order to explore the potential of the application of the Er:YAG laser and hyaluronic acid gel in the treatment of root surfaces.

排除标准：

离体牙排除标准：近半年有进行刮治和根面平整术；牙根表面不完整，存在龋坏，裂纹，牙根纵折，牙根吸收。静脉血来源和牙龈来源排除标准：有全身系统病史患者

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria of isolated teeth: scaling and root planing in recent half a year; incomplete root surface, caries, cracks, vertical root fracture and root resorption. Venous and gingival sources Exclusion criteria: Patients with systemic history
