研究目的：

编制出合格的中老年慢性病患者积极老龄化准备度量表，进行有关中老年慢性病患者积极老龄化准备度的实证研究。  

Objectives of Study：

To develop a qualified active aging readiness scale for middle-aged and elderly patients with chronic diseases, and conduct an empirical study on active aging readiness for middle-aged and elderly patients with chronic diseases.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①意识不清或因病情急性发作入院者； ②有严重智力、视力、听力或认知功能障碍的患者； ③存在精神障碍相关症状或确诊为精神性疾病者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who are unconscious or admitted to hospital due to acute attack of illness; 2. Patients with severe intellectual, visual, hearing or cognitive impairment; 3. Patients with symptoms related to mental disorders or diagnosed with mental diseases.
