研究目的：

1. 拟探讨维持性血液透析治疗对 HIV 感染者免疫功能的影响。 2. 拟发现影响维持性血液透析治疗 HIV 感染者的临床疗效的因素。 3. 拟找到对维持性血液透析治疗 HIV 感染者临床结局具有预测性的免疫标志物。

Objectives of Study：

1. To explore the impact of Immune indicator in PLWH under Maintenance Hemodialysis. 2. To identify Immune indicator affecting the clinical efficacy PLWH under Maintenance Hemodialysis. 3. To discover predictive Immune indicator for clinical outcomes in PLWH under Maintenance Hemodialysis.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 有器官移植史、活动性恶性肿瘤或其他严重并发症； 2. 在基线访视前 3个月内接受过免疫抑制疗法或化疗药物治疗； 3. 预计在研究期间接受这些药物或持续的类固醇治疗； 4. 怀孕或哺乳期妇女； 5. 精神状态不稳定或认知功能障碍患者； 6. 研究者认为不适合参与研究的其他情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of organ transplantation, active malignant tumors, or other severe complications. 2. Received immunosuppressive therapy or chemotherapy within the last 3 months prior to baseline visit. 3. Anticipated receipt of these medications or continuous steroid therapy during the study period. 4. Pregnant or lactating women. 5. Patients with unstable mental states or cognitive impairments. 6. Any other conditions deemed unsuitable for study participation by the investigator.
