研究目的：

与已上市同类体外诊断试剂（美国雅培床旁监护有限公司生产的急诊11项测试卡片（干式电化学法）i-STAT CHEM8+ Cartridge，注册证编号：国械注进20172405109）比较，评价南京晶捷生物科技有限公司研发的肌酐试纸（干式电化学法）用于体外定量检测新鲜毛细血管全血和静脉全血中肌酐浓度与已上市同类体外诊断试剂是否等效。通过预期用户的使用，评价非专业用户自测指尖血肌酐结果与专业人员检测结果的一致性，并评价非专业用户使用试验试剂的可用性。  

Objectives of Study：

Compared with the similar in-vitro diagnostic reagent already on the market (the Emergency 11-test Card (dry chemistry method) i-STAT CHEM8+ Cartridge produced by Abbott Laboratories, with the registration number: National Medical Device Registration Certificate 20172405109), evaluate whether the Creatinine Test Strip (dry chemistry method) developed by Eaglenos Co., Ltd. is equivalent in terms of its use for the quantitative detection of creatinine concentration in fresh capillary whole blood and venous whole blood. Through the anticipated use by end-users, assess the consistency of the results from non-professional users' self-testing of fingerstick blood creatinine with those from professional personnel, and evaluate the usability of the test reagent for non-professional users.

排除标准：

1.严重的精神疾患或其他情况导致患者不能合作者。 2.无阅读能力者。 3.受试者信息不全者（包括但不限于性别、年龄、临床诊断信息等）。 4.研究者认为不宜参加本临床试验的其它情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Individuals with severe mental disorders or other conditions that prevent them from cooperating. 2. Those who are illiterate. 3. Subjects with incomplete information (including but not limited to gender, age, clinical diagnosis, etc.). 4. Other situations deemed unsuitable for participation in this clinical trial by the investigator.
