研究目的：

本研究拟评估大分割放疗应用在鼻咽癌患者中的疗效和安全性，分析大分割放疗是否不劣于常规放疗。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to evaluate the efficacy and safety of hypofractionated radiotherapy in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma, and to analyze whether hypofractionated radiotherapy is not inferior to conventional radiotherapy.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.经研究者判断，存在严重的合并症不能耐受或完成放射治疗; 2.存在磁共振检查禁忌; 3.存在需要系统治疗的急性炎症; 4.处于传染病活动期; 5.孕妇，哺乳期妇女，及研究期间有生育计划的患者; 6.目前或入选前 4 周内参加其它临床试验; 7.不能依从研究方案和随访程序; 8.依据研究者判定，任何其他疾病、代谢障碍、体格检查结果或实验室检查异常结果，并有理由怀疑可能导致禁忌使用研究治疗方案、或影响研究结果可靠性、或使患者处于高风险的治疗并发症的疾病或病症。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe comorbidities judged by the investigator to be intolerant or complete radiotherapy; 2. There are contraindications to magnetic resonance examination; 3. Presence of acute inflammation requiring systemic therapy; 4. In the active period of infectious diseases; 5. Pregnant women, lactating women, and patients with birth plans during the study; 6. Participation in other clinical trials currently or within 4 weeks prior to enrollment; 7. Inability to comply with the study protocol and follow-up procedures; 8. Any other disease, metabolic disorder, physical examination findings, or abnormal laboratory test results as judged by the investigator and with reasonable suspicion of diseases or conditions that may cause contraindications to the use of the study treatment regimen, or affect the reliability of the study results, or put the patient at high risk of treatment complications.
