研究目的：

非酒精性脂肪肝（Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, NAFLD）是全球最常见的慢性肝病，影响约1/4的成年人。瞬时弹性成像是一种基于超声的弹性成像方法，它通过测量受控衰减参数（controlled Attenuation Parameters, CAP）评估肝脂肪变性，并通过测量肝硬度（liver stiffness measurement, LSM）评估肝纤维化。目前国内已有多种弹性成像技术设备应用于临床，其中以FibroScan 及FibroTouch（iLivtouch）应用较多。本研究旨在评估基于iLivtouch的LSM对NAFLD的肝脏及肝外不良临床结局的预测价值，并确定预测个体肝脏事件的LSM临界值。  

Objectives of Study：

Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) is the most common chronic liver disease worldwide, affecting about 1 in 4 adults. Acoustic radiation force impulse imaging is an ultrasound-based elastography method that assesses hepatic steatosis by measuring controlled attenuation parameters (CAP) and evaluates liver fibrosis by measuring liver stiffness (LSM). Currently, various elastography devices are applied clinically in China, with FibroScan and FibroTouch (iLivtouch) being more commonly used. The aim of this study is to evaluate the predictive value of iLivtouch-based LSM for adverse clinical outcomes in NAFLD, both liver-related and extrahepatic, and to determine the LSM threshold for predicting individual liver events.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 由药物引起的其他肝病患者，如酒精性肝病、慢性乙型肝炎和丙型肝炎、自身免疫性肝病、代谢性或遗传性肝病、怀疑有其他原因导致肝脏脂肪变性等 2. 没有LSM现有数据的患者 3. 已经有失代偿性肝硬化、肝细胞癌或进行肝移植等不良结局的患者 4. 肝细胞癌以外的其他类型肝癌 5. 随访时间＜30天的患者

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with other liver diseases caused by drugs, such as alcoholic liver disease, chronic hepatitis B and C, autoimmune liver disease, metabolic or genetic liver diseases, and those suspected of having other causes of liver steatosis. 2. Patients without existing data for liver stiffness measurement (LSM). 3. Patients who already have decompensated cirrhosis, hepatocellular carcinoma, or have undergone liver transplantation, and other adverse outcomes. 4. Patients with other types of liver cancer besides hepatocellular carcinoma. 5. Patients with a follow-up period of less than 30 days.
