研究目的：

（1）探索ALA 与 MCI 患病风险及发病风险的量效关系。（2）探索ALA 干预对 MCI 人群认知功能的影响。（3）探索ALA 能否通过调节肠道菌群及其代谢产物进而发挥改善认知功能的作用。

Objectives of Study：

(1) To explore the quantitative and qualitative relationship between ALA and the risk of MCI and the risk of morbidity. (2) To explore the effect of ALA intervention on cognitive function in MCI population. (3) To explore whether ALA can improve cognitive function by regulating intestinal flora and its metabolites.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.可能引起认知功能障碍的神经系统疾病患者； 2.抑郁、狂躁、焦虑等精神疾病史者； 3.严重肝、肾功能障碍者； 4.头部严重创伤史以及特殊药物服用史者； 5.严重感知觉障碍，不能完成认知功能测定者。 6.近一个月服用维生素补充剂，鱼油胶囊、紫苏籽油、亚麻籽油胶囊等补充剂，且拒绝在干预期间停止服用除干预物以外的其他营养补充剂； 7.近一个月每天核桃摄入量超过 20g 或每周多脂鱼类摄入超100g； 8.烹调用油为亚麻籽油等富含 ALA 的植物油； 9.近一个月内连续服用抗生素超过三天； 10.未按规定食用受试样品，或资料不全，影响到功效或安全性判断者；受试期间不配合项目安排者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with neurological disorders that may cause cognitive dysfunction; 2. People with a history of depression, mania, anxiety, and other psychiatric disorders; 3. Patients with severe hepatic and renal dysfunction; 4. Those with a history of severe head trauma and a history of special medications; 5. Severe perceptual impairment and inability to complete cognitive function measurements. 6. Taking vitamin supplements, fish oil capsules, perilla seed oil, flaxseed oil capsules and other supplements in the last month, and refusing to stop taking nutritional supplements other than the intervention during the intervention period; 7. Consumption of walnuts exceeds 20g per day or 100g per week of fatty fish in the last month; 8. Cooking oil used is ALA-rich vegetable oil (e.g., flaxseed oil); 9. Continuous antibiotic use for more than three days within the past month; 10. Failure to consume the test samples as required, incomplete documentation affecting efficacy or safety evaluation, or non-compliance with project arrangements during the trial period.
