研究目的：

1）观察阿片类药物和其他麻醉药的用量、苏醒情况、术后恢复质量、住院时间； 2）研究利多卡因静脉输注的临床路径，完善胃肠外科手术加速康复的内容和实施方案；  

Objectives of Study：

1) Observe the dosage, recovery, quality of postoperative recovery, and length of hospital stay for opioids and other anesthetics; 2) Study the clinical pathway of intravenous lidocaine infusion and refine the content and implementation plan for accelerating recovery after gastrointestinal surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1）利多卡因过敏或存在禁忌； 2）传导阻滞型心律失常、窦性心动过缓、预激综合征、阿斯综合征、房颤等； 3）严重肝、肾功能障碍； 4）严重精神疾病，如精神分裂症、抑郁、痴呆等； 5）神经肌肉疾病； 6）困难气道患者； 7）孕妇；体重＜40kg或＞100kg； 8）慢性镇痛药服用史，阿片类药物长期服用史，酒精或药物滥用； 9）入选研究前三个月服用了其他试验药物，参与了或正在参与其他临床试验； 10）任何原因不能配合研究或研究者认为不宜纳入本研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Allergy or contraindications to lidocaine; 2) conduction block arrhythmia, sinus bradycardia, preexcitation syndrome, AS syndrome, atrial fibrillation, etc.; 3) Severe hepatic and renal dysfunction; 4) Serious mental illness, such as schizophrenia, depression, dementia, etc.; 5) Neuromuscular diseases; 6) Patients with difficult airway; 7) Pregnant women; weight <40kg or> 100kg; 8) History of chronic analgesics, long-term history of opioid drugs, alcohol or medication Abuse of things; 9) Taking other trial drugs three months before the study, participated in or are participating in other clinical trials; 10) Unable to cooperate with the study for any reason or the investigator considers unsuitable for inclusion in the study.

麻醉诱导前静脉注射利多卡因1.5mg/kg，三十分钟后开始手术，麻醉维持以1.5mg/kg/h(若患者体重大于50kg，则总剂量不得超过100mg/h)的速度持续泵注，用至手术结束前2分钟。

Before induction of anesthesia, lidocaine was injected 1.5mg / kg and the operation was started 30 minutes later. The anesthesia was maintained at a rate of 1.5mg / kg / h (if the patient weighs more than 50kg, the total dose should not exceed 100mg / h) until 2 minutes before the end of the operation.
