研究目的：

该研究通过探讨替牙期及恒牙初期儿童颌面部骨骼形态与颅底形态的关系，评估颅底形态学特征与矢状骨面型及垂直生长模式的相关性，进一步研究错颌畸形的影响因素，为早期矫治提供理论基础。测量指标包括颅底及颌骨相关线性长度与角度，以及它们之间的相互关系。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between craniofacial bone morphology and skull base morphology in children during mixed and early permanent dentition, and to evaluate the correlation between skull base morphology and sagittal facial pattern and vertical growth pattern, to further study the influencing factors of malocclusion and provide a theoretical basis for early treatment. The measurements included the relative linear length and angle of skull base and jaw, and the relationship between them.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

扫描的CBCT数据输出为医学数字影像合通信格式数据集，由同一名山东大学口腔医院儿童口腔科研究生导出DICOM格式数据，并在同一条件下进行测量，整理归纳测量结果。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The scanned CBCT data were exported as a Medical Digital Imaging Combined Communication (DICOM) format dataset, and the DICOM format data were exported by the same postgraduate student from the Department of Paediatric Stomatology, Shandong University Stomatology Hospital, and measurements were taken under the same conditions, and the results were collated and summarised.
