研究目的：

建立青少年抑郁症数据库并探究睡眠结构与青少年抑郁症患者快感缺失症状之间的相关性。基于血浆代谢组学分析青少年抑郁症伴睡眠障碍患者的差异代谢标志物。  

Objectives of Study：

To establish a database of adolescent depression and explore the correlation between sleep structure and anhedonia symptoms in adolescent depression.Differential metabolic markers in patients with adolescent depression and sleep disorders were analyzed based on plasma metabolomics.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

患者组： 1、杨氏躁狂评定量表（YMRS）≥6 分;过去 6 个月有任何躁狂、轻躁狂或混合发作；2、 已经诊断过或考虑有睡眠呼吸疾病包括阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停；3、同时患有其他精神类疾病；4、既往曾有酒精及药物依赖和急性中毒史的患者；5、交流障碍者（语言不通，严重视觉或听觉障碍）；6、在过去 3 个月内有明显精神状态的变化；7、脑器质性疾病如癫痫发作。 对照组： 1.无明显睡眠障碍疾病、严重内科疾病、精神疾病、发育迟缓等；2.近 4 周未服用镇静催眠药物或影响睡眠、情绪、免疫功能、认知等药物；3.除外其他躯体疾病、意识障碍、精神疾病及药物等影响睡眠、情绪和认知的因素。

Exclusion criteria：

Patient group: 1. Young's Mania Rating Scale (YMRS) ≥ 6 points; Any manic, hypomanic, or mixed episodes in the past 6 months; 2. Have been diagnosed or considered to have sleep-breathing disorders, including obstructive sleep apnea; 3. Suffering from other mental illnesses at the same time; 4. Patients with a history of alcohol and drug dependence and acute poisoning in the past; 5. Communication impairment (language barrier, severe visual or hearing impairment); 6. Significant changes in mental status in the past 3 months; 7. Organic diseases of the brain such as seizures. Control group: 1. No obvious sleep disorders, serious internal diseases, mental diseases, developmental delays, etc.; 2. Have not taken sedative-hypnotic drugs or drugs that affect sleep, mood, immune function, cognition, etc., in the past 4 weeks; 3. Exclude other physical diseases, consciousness disorders, mental illnesses and medications that affect sleep, mood and cognition.
