比较无阿片和传统阿片麻醉对乳腺癌手术患者术后睡眠的影响  

Objectives of Study：

Compare the effects of opioid-free and traditional opiod anesthesia on postoperative sleep in breast cancer patients

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)>7 ②重度肺动脉高压、心律失常、肝肾功能不全、高血压未得到控制的患者 ③手术部位感染史、凝血功能障碍患者 ④慢性疼痛术后需使用阿片类药物进行治疗的患者 ⑤对本试验药物过敏或有禁忌的患者

Exclusion criteria：

1 Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) >7 2 Patients with severe pulmonary hypertension, arrhythmia, liver and kidney failure, and uncontrolled hypertension 3 Patients with surgical site infection history and coagulation dysfunction 4 Patients who need to be treated with opioids after chronic pain surgery 5 Patients who are allergic or contraindicated to the drugs in this test

Use sealed opaque envelope technology for distribution. The sealed envelope is marked as Group A or Group B, and the envelope will only be opened by the research doctor when the patient enters the operating room. Nurses in patients, post-anesthesia care rooms (PACU) and surgical wards are unaware of the grouping. Due to the significant differences in anesthesia methods, research doctors and researchers know the distribution of patients.
