本横断面研究旨在精炼地探讨不同糖代谢状态人群（健康、糖尿病前期和新诊断2型糖尿病）中晚期糖基化终末产物(AGEs)的体内水平与关键糖代谢指标的关联，旨在通过血液检测与皮肤生物标记分析，明确AGEs积累与血糖控制之间的直接联系，识别其在糖尿病进展中的作用机制，以及评估其作为预测并发症风险的潜在生物标志物的价值。研究旨在为糖尿病的早期预警、个性化干预及并发症防治策略提供科学证据，以减轻疾病负担。  

Objectives of Study：

This cross-sectional study aims to refine the exploration of the association between the levels of advanced glycation end products (AGEs) in vivo and key glycemic metabolic indicators among populations with different glucose metabolism statuses (healthy, prediabetes, and newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes). The study seeks to clarify the direct link between AGEs accumulation and glycemic control through blood tests and skin biomarker analysis, identify their role mechanisms in the progression of diabetes, and evaluate their potential value as biomarkers for predicting the risk of complications. The research is intended to provide scientific evidence for early warning of diabetes, personalized interventions, and strategies for preventing complications, thereby reducing the disease burden.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

本研究采用横断面研究，旨在探索并量化不同糖代谢状态（包括正常、糖尿病前期和新诊断2型糖尿病）人群中晚期糖基化终末产物（AGEs）的暴露水平与多项糖代谢指标（HbA1c、血糖水平、C肽水平、胰岛素水平等）之间的关联性。通过标准化的问卷调查、血液AGEs检测以及皮肤AGEs水平测定，本研究将收集大量样本数据，运用统计学方法分析AGEs暴露与糖代谢异常的关系，同时考虑生活方式等因素的潜在影响。研究预期揭示AGEs在糖代谢疾病进展中的作用机制，为预防和干预策略提供科学证据，最终促进糖尿病及相关并发症的管理和控制。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

This study employs a cross-sectional design to explore and quantify the associations between the exposure levels of advanced glycation end products (AGEs) and multiple glycemic metabolic indicators (HbA1c, blood glucose levels, C-peptide levels, insulin levels, etc.) among individuals with different glucose metabolism statuses, including normal, prediabetes, and newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes. Through standardized questionnaires, blood AGEs testing, and measurement of skin AGEs levels, this study will collect extensive sample data. Statistical methods will be used to analyze the relationship between AGEs exposure and glycemic abnormalities, while also considering the potential impact of lifestyle factors. The study is expected to reveal the mechanisms by which AGEs play a role in the progression of glycemic diseases, providing scientific evidence for prevention and intervention strategies, ultimately promoting the management and control of diabetes and related complications. 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、严重心脑血管疾病; 2、过去3个月内使用可能影响AGEs测量结果的药物（如强效糖皮质激素、免疫调节剂）; 3、特殊生理状态：妊娠期、哺乳期女性，或计划在未来6个月内怀孕; 4、近期医疗干预：过去6个月内经历过重大手术、严重外伤或身体有未完全愈合的伤口; 5、无法按照研究要求完成所有必要的检测（如OGTT、血液样本采集、皮肤AGEs测量）的参与者.

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 2. Use of drugs that may affect the measurement results of AGEs in the past 3 months(eg, potent corticosteroids, immunomodulators); 3. Special physiological state: pregnant, lactating women, or planning pregnancy within the next 6 months; 4. Recent medical intervention: have undergone major surgery, serious trauma or physical presence within the past 6 months wounds that have not fully healed; 5. Unable to complete all necessary tests (e.g., OGTT, blood sample collection, cutaneous AGEs measurements).
