研究目的：

本研究应用非CAVD人群、不同阶段CAVD的主动脉瓣：1）应用多模态影像分析疾病不同阶段、不同瓣膜区域的组织结构组成，实现对瓣膜组织结构的精细展现，对钙化关键分子的准确定位；2）应用基因转录组学及蛋白组学从整体水平分析CAVD患者与非CAVD人群的转录差异与翻译差异，挖掘参与的疾病的关键功能通路，揭示病理过程中的分子机理，找到精准检测的分子标志物，针对相关靶点研发治疗的新方法，为疾病的长期管理、科研探索提供新方向。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, the aortic valves of non cavd population and different stages of cavd were applied: 1) the tissue structure composition of different stages and different valve regions of the disease was analyzed by multimodal imaging, so as to realize the fine display of valve tissue structure and the accurate localization of key molecules of calcification; 2) Gene transcriptomics and proteomics were applied to analyze the transcriptional and translational differences between cavd patients and non cavd people at the overall level, explore the key functional pathways of the disease involved, reveal the molecular mechanism in the pathological process, find accurately detected molecular markers, develop new methods of treatment for relevant targets, and provide new directions for long-term management and scientific research exploration of the disease.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

排除标准：1）既往主动脉根部手术史，导致主动脉瓣结构改变；2）合并梅毒性心脏病、主动脉瓣窦瘤等导致主动脉瓣结构异常的疾病；3）合并马凡综合征、大动脉炎等会影响主动脉瓣结构的结缔组织病；4）特殊人群：儿童，孕期或哺乳期妇女，精神疾病患者；5）由研究者判断为不适合入组患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria: 1) history of previous aortic root surgery, resulting in structural changes of aortic valve; 2) Combined with syphilitic heart disease, aortic sinus aneurysm and other diseases that lead to abnormal aortic valve structure; 3) Combined with Marfan syndrome, Takayasu arteritis and other connective tissue diseases that can affect the aortic valve structure; 4) Special groups: children, pregnant or lactating women, patients with mental disorders; 5) The investigator judged that the patients were not suitable for enrollment.
