研究目的：

(1)为减少先天性心脏病患儿围手术期压力性损伤的发生，基于循证构建围手术期压力性损伤预防的护理干预方案。 (2)探讨循证护理干预方案在预防先天性心脏病患儿围手术期压力性损伤的临床应用效果，为降低先心病患儿压力性损伤的发生提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To reduce the occurrence of perioperative pressure injury in children with congenital heart disease, to construct an evidence-based nursing intervention program for the prevention of perioperative pressure injury. (2) To explore the clinical application effect of evidence-based nursing intervention program in preventing pressure injury in children with congenital heart disease during perioperative period, so as to provide reference for reducing the occurrence of pressure injury in children with congenital heart disease.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1)伴有其他系统疾病的患者； (2)严重心肝肾功能障碍患者； (3)皮肤疾病影响观察皮肤患者； (4)急诊手术患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) patients with other systemic diseases; (2) patients with severe heart, liver and kidney dysfunction; (3) skin diseases affecting the observed skin patients; (4)Emergency surgery patients.

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

课题组成员按照患儿入院的先后次序，运用随机数字表法来实施样本分组。随机数字表的具体使用方式如下：随意选定随机数字表中第4行第3列的数字（54）当作起始位置，从这里开始往后依次读取 120 个数字，依次编排序号为 001 至 120 号，依照入院的顺序与之对应归入相应编号。依据随机数的奇偶性质来进行分组，其中奇数归为对照组，偶数则归为实验组。比如，入院顺序为第 5 位的患者对应编号为 005 ，若读取到的随机数字为奇数，那么该患者就被分入对照组；若为偶数，则分入实验组。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

The members of the team used the random number table method to group the samples according to the order of the children's admission to the hospital. The random number table was used as follows: the number (54) in the fourth row and third column of the random number table was randomly selected as the starting position, and 120 numbers were read from here onwards, which were numbered from 001 to 120, and then assigned to the corresponding numbers according to the order of admission. The random numbers were grouped according to the parity of the random numbers, where odd numbers were classified as the control group and even numbers were classified as the experimental group. For example, if the patient with the 5th position in the order of admission is assigned the number 005, if the random number read is odd, the patient will be assigned to the control group; if it is even, the patient will be assigned to the experimental group.
