研究目的：

本研究为临床观察性研究，选取接受无抽搐电休克治疗的患者及磁休克治疗的MDD伴自杀观念的患者进行临床观察，比较两者在改善自杀意念及行为的疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

This is a clinical observational study in which patients receiving convulsion-free electroconvulsive therapy and magnetic shock-treated MDD with suicidal ideation were selected for clinical observation to compare the efficacy of both in improving suicidal ideation and behavior.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.经SCID-5-CV访谈存在其他任何精神障碍； 2.有严重躯体疾病史，包括心血管疾病、神经系统疾病，外伤导致的脑损伤； 3.有癫痫病史； 4.不能配合完成量表测评； 5.基础资料、各项评分量表数据缺失或不完善。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The presence of any other mental disorder as interviewed by the SCID-5-CV; 2. A history of serious physical illness, including cardiovascular and neurologic diseases, and traumatic brain injury; 3. A history of epilepsy; 4. An inability to cooperate in completing the scales; 5.Missing or imperfect data on the baseline information, and on each of the rating scales.
