验证微聚焦超声联合633nm红光逆转面部光老化的有效性和安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

Validation of the efficacy and safety of microfocused ultrasound combined with 633 nm red light for the reversal of facial photoaging

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.孕期、哺乳期或随访期间准备怀孕者； 2.既往存在瘢痕疙瘩或增生性瘢痕者； 3.正在接受其它临床研究者； 4.面部存在影响疗效评价的其他皮肤疾病者； 5.1月内面部接受过光电治疗或外用促进表皮再生药物治疗者； 6.既往6个月内面部接受过透明质酸填充、肉毒毒素治疗者或其他面部治疗，可能会影响有效性评估； 7.患有严重的系统性皮肤病、内科疾病、凝血功能障碍、心理及精神疾病、传染病者； 8.研究者认为不适合入组的其它情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who are pregnant, breastfeeding or planning to become pregnant during the follow-up period; 2. those with pre-existing keloids or proliferative scarring; 3. Those who are undergoing other clinical studies; 4. the presence of other skin diseases on the face that affect the evaluation of efficacy; 5. Those who have received phototherapy or topical epidermal regeneration drugs on the face within 1 month; 6. those who have received hyaluronic acid fillers, botulinum toxin treatment on the face within the previous 6 months or other facial treatments that may affect the evaluation of effectiveness; 7. those with severe systemic dermatologic diseases, medical disorders, coagulation disorders, psychological and psychiatric disorders, and infectious diseases; 8. other conditions that the investigator considers unsuitable for enrollment.
