研究目的：

本研究将基于RWS的研究方法，开发建立行ESS的CRS患者数据库，联合重庆市内多家三甲医院收集CRS患者ESS术后全程护理管理措施及其结局评价的真实世界大数据，以结局为目标对每一个关键护理要点实施方案进行大数据分析，得到每项护理措施是否应该实施及其实施细则的关键信息和结论，进而将这些关键信息联合以来，建立CRS患者ESS术后全程护理管理规范，并进行应用示范。研究结果将为CRS患者ESS术后护理管理规范化和标准化提供依据和指导，改善CRS的长期预后，降低疾病复发率，同时避免过度医疗，降低疾病治疗费用。

Objectives of Study：

This study will be based on the RWS research method to develop and establish a CRS patient database for ESS. Real world big data will be collected from multiple tertiary hospitals in Chongqing to evaluate the full process nursing management measures and outcomes of CRS patients after ESS surgery. Big data analysis will be conducted on the implementation plan of each key nursing point with the goal of outcome, and key information and conclusions on whether each nursing measure should be implemented and its implementation details will be obtained. These key information will then be combined to establish a standardized postoperative full process nursing management for CRS patients and demonstrate its application. The research results will provide a basis and guidance for the standardization and normalization of postoperative care management for CRS patients, improve the long-term prognosis of CRS, reduce disease recurrence rates, avoid overtreatment, and reduce disease treatment costs.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1）入组前4周内接受过放疗、化疗、手术治疗（不包括局部穿刺）或分子靶向治疗者；筛选期后接受抗肿瘤内分泌治疗者。 2）既往患有其他恶性肿瘤。 3）有免疫缺陷病史，包括 HIV 检测阳性，或患有其他获得性、先天性免疫缺陷疾病，或有器官移植史。 4）曾患有任何心脏疾病，包括：1）需药物治疗的或有临床意义的心律失常；2）心肌梗死；3）心力衰竭；4）任何被研究者判断为不适于参加本试验的其他心脏疾病等。 5）既往有明确的神经或精神障碍史，包括癫痫或痴呆。 6）妊娠期、哺乳期女性患者，有生育能力且基线妊娠试验检测阳性的女性患者，或在整个试验期间不愿意采取有效避孕措施的育龄期患者。 7）患者存在严重的其他伴随疾病。 8）研究者认为患者不适合参加本研究的其他任何情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Participants who have received radiotherapy, chemotherapy, surgery (excluding local biopsy) or molecular targeted therapy within 4 weeks prior to enrollment; or who have received anti-tumor endocrine therapy after screening period. 2) Participants with a history of other malignant tumors. 3) Participants with a history of immune deficiency, including positive HIV test, or other acquired or congenital immune deficiency diseases, or a history of organ transplantation. 4) Participants with any history of cardiovascular disease, including: 1) cardiac arrhythmia requiring medication or of clinical significance; 2) myocardial infarction; 3) heart failure; 4) any other cardiovascular disease deemed by the investigator to be unsuitable for participation in this trial, etc. 5) Participants with a history of a definitive neurological or psychiatric disorder, including epilepsy or dementia. 6) Female patients who are pregnant or breastfeeding, have reproductive potential and have a positive baseline pregnancy test, or are unwilling to take effective contraceptive measures during the trial period. 7) Participants with severe co-existing diseases. 8) Any other situation where the investigator deems the participant unsuitable for participation in this study.
