研究目的：

本研究旨在概述中国登革热的疾病和经济负担,主要目标： 1.通过分析中国热点地区登革热的长期数据，计算其疾病负担，评估其对不同年龄、性别和地区人群的长期健康影响和分布特征，以了解其变化趋势和潜在风险;2.了解广东省登革热患者的直接、间接和总经济负担;3.开发一个预测模型，以确定登革热的潜在风险区域和疾病负担。

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to provide an overview of the disease and economic burden of dengue fever in China.The primary objective: 1.By analyzing long-term data on dengue fever in hot areas of China, calculating its disease burden, evaluating its long-term health impact and distribution characteristics on populations of different ages, genders, and regions, in order to understand its changing trends and potential risks; 2.To understand the direct, indirect, and total economic burden for dengue fever patients in Guangdong province; 3.To develop a predictive model to identify potential risk areas and disease burden of dengue fever.

Exclusion criteria：

This section of the study mainly focuses on the data reported by the system, disease burden, and estimated exclusion of non dengue fever diagnosed cases. Economic research excludes dengue fever cases with incomplete key data.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：	患者人口学特征、共病情况、门诊和住院服务利用与费用，将通过患者就诊医院的电子病例系统患者病案数据中获得；疾病发病率、死亡率数据通过中国疾病预防控制中心传染病监测系统获取。气象数据通过中国气象网获取，社会经济数据通过统计年鉴获取。所有数据将通过R 4.3.0 进行管理和分析。
Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：	The demographic characteristics of patients, comorbidities, utilization and costs of outpatient and inpatient services will be obtained through the electronic medical record system of the hospital where the patient visited, which includes patient medical record data; The incidence rate and mortality data of diseases are obtained through the infectious disease monitoring system of the China Center for Disease Control and Prevention. Meteorological data is obtained through China Meteorological Network, and socio-economic data is obtained through statistical yearbooks. All data will be managed and analyzed through R 4.3.0.
