研究目的：

针对幽门螺杆菌感染及根除现状，评价粪便幽门螺杆菌核酸检测试剂盒在幽门螺杆菌感染诊断中的价值，并为幽门螺杆菌感染患者用药提供依据，促进幽门螺杆菌精准诊疗的发展。建立q-PCR技术在粪便样本中快速精准检测HP感染的方法，同时，对粪便样品进行常见抗生素耐药基因检测，指导临床用药。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on the status of Helicobacter pylori infection and eradication, the value of fecal Helicobacter pylori nucleic acid detection kit in the diagnosis of Helicobacter pylori infection was evaluated, and the basis for the medication of helicobacter pylori infection patients was provided to promote the development of accurate diagnosis and treatment of helicobacter pylori. To establish a rapid and accurate method for detecting HP infection in fecal samples by q-PCR, and to detect common antibiotic resistance genes in fecal samples to guide clinical drug use.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 排除4周内有抗菌药物、铋剂或质子泵抑制剂等服用情况者； 2. 排除精神状态差、认知异常者; 3. 有活动性出血患者或者胃切除术者排除患者； 4. 14C尿素呼气试验应该排除儿童，妊娠期或哺乳期患者； 5. 合并心、肝、肺、肾、血液等系统的严重疾病或严重恶性肿瘤者排除；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with antibiotics, bismuth or proton pump inhibitors within 4 weeks were excluded; 2. Exclude those with poor mental state and abnormal cognition; 3. Patients with active bleeding or gastrectomy were excluded; 4. The 14C urea breath test should exclude children, pregnant or nursing patients; 5. Patients with serious diseases of the heart, liver, lung, kidney, blood and other systems or serious malignant tumors are excluded;
