探讨多项炎症指标在广泛期小细胞肺癌免疫治疗中的预后价值  

Objectives of Study：

Exploring the prognostic value of multiple inflammatory markers in immunotherapy for extensive stage small cell lung cancer

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.复发患者； 2.患有活动性全身炎症的患者； 3.治疗前有明确的急性或慢性感染证据； 4.合并有免疫性疾病及其他恶性肿瘤患者； 5.合并严重心肝肾功能不全的患者； 6.需要长期全身性激素的患者； 7.接受四至六个周期治疗后导致粒缺及血小板减少或使用升白针及升血小板药物的患者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Recurrent patients; 2. Patients with active systemic inflammation; 3. There is clear evidence of acute or chronic infection before treatment; 4. Patients with concurrent immune diseases and other malignant tumors; 5. Patients with severe heart, liver or kidney dysfunction; 6. Patients who need long-term systemic sex hormones; 7. Patients who have undergone four to six cycles of treatment and developed granulocytopenia and thrombocytopenia, or who have used white blood cell boosting injections and platelet boosting drugs
