研究目的：

1、探究非桥本人群和桥本甲状腺炎人群中血清CCL21水平变化，明确CCL21与桥本甲状腺炎的相关性，为桥本甲状腺炎的诊断提供一定的参考依据。 2、通过随访观察桥本甲状腺炎患者，阐明CCL21与桥本甲状腺炎疾病预后的相关情况，明确其能否作为桥本甲状腺炎预后的早期预测因子。  

Objectives of Study：

1To investigate the changes of serum CCL21 levels in non-Hashimoto and Hashimoto thyroiditis populations, to clarify the correlation between CCL21 and Hashimoto thyroiditis, and to provide a certain reference basis for the diagnosis of Hashimoto thyroiditis. 2To clarify the correlation between CCL21 and the prognosis of Hashimoto's thyroiditis through the follow-up observation of Hashimoto's thyroiditis patients, and to clarify whether CCL21 can be used as an early predictor of the prognosis of Hashimoto's thyroiditis.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1）其他甲状腺疾病，如Graves病、亚急性甲状腺炎等；2）严重心肺肝肾功能不全及恶性肿瘤；3）近6个月出现急性脑卒中、急性心肌梗死等严重应激状态；4）处于妊娠、哺乳期；5）缺少关键的实验室数据。

Exclusion criteria：

1) other thyroid diseases, such as Graves' disease and subacute thyroiditis; 2) severe cardiopulmonary, hepatic, and renal insufficiency and malignant tumours; 3) severe stress such as acute stroke and acute myocardial infarction in the last 6 months; 4) in pregnancy and lactation; 5) lack of critical laboratory data;.
