研究目的：

通过本研究，应用肺超声LUS评分评估并指导日间手术患者全身麻醉期间机械通气PEEP水平的设置；寻找适合日间手术应用的肺复张方法；为改善老年患者日间手术管理提供更多的临床依据。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, the LUS score of lung ultrasound was used to evaluate and guide the setting of mechanical ventilation PEEP during general anesthesia in patients undergoing day surgery. To find a lung reexpansion method suitable for day surgery; To provide more clinical basis for improving the management of day operation in elderly patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.术后疼痛评分4分及以上者； 2.合并有呼吸系统疾病,如COPD、慢支、哮喘、肺大泡、术前上呼吸道感染等、心肺功能不全及其它重大疾病患者； 3.急诊手术； 4.身高<150cm或体重指数>30 kg/m^2； 5.术中血流动力学不稳定者； 6.术前贫血（血红蛋白<100 g/L）的患者； 7.既往有胸部手术史；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Postoperative VAS pain score of 4 or more; 2. Patients with respiratory diseases, such as COPD, chronic branch, asthma, pulmonary bulla, preoperative upper respiratory tract infection, cardiopulmonary insufficiency and other serious disease; 3. Emergency surgery; 4. Height <150cm or body mass index >30 kg/m^2; 5. Patients with intraoperative hemodynamic instability; 6. Patients with preoperative anemia (hemoglobin <100 g/L); 7. Have a history of chest surgery.

采用十二分区法检查，每侧由胸骨旁线、腋前线、腋后线将胸廓分成前、侧、后三个区，再以前胸第四肋间隙水平（约两乳头连线水平）分为上、下两部分，即双肺按体表标志共分为十二区。每个时间点十二区仔细、广泛扫查。将每个区域超声下观察到的最严重的影像录制下来并保存，每个区域至少留取一段影像，若一段影像不能完全反映该区情况则可以加录影像或者截取图片保存。
