研究目的:

探明脑卒中上肢运动神经康复机制,并验证闭环脑机接口训练对脑卒中上肢运动功能及痉挛的有效性 通过临床随机对照研究,验证多模神经信号脑机接口训练对脑卒中患者运动功能及痉挛的影响,并通过研究组干预前后脑网络连接、半球平衡性、皮层肌肉相干性、运动功能及肌张力等关键指标的变化特征,论证本研究脑机接口康复机制假说的合理性。  

Objectives of Study:

To explore the mechanism of upper limb motor rehabilitation after stroke, and to verify the effectiveness of closed-loop brain-computer interface training on upper limb motor function and spasticity after stroke. A randomized controlled clinical trial was conducted to verify the effects of multimodal neural signal brain-computer interface training on motor function and spasticity in stroke patients. The changes of key indicators such as brain network connectivity, hemisphoral balance, cortical-muscle coherence, motor function and muscle tone before and after intervention in the study group were used to demonstrate the rationality of the hypothesis of the rehabilitation mechanism of brain-computer interface in this study.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1. 心功能不全、呼吸功能衰竭、严重肺部感染等内科疾病可能影响进行实验研究者; 2. 使用药物仍无法控制高血压(平均收缩压≥140 mmHg或平均舒张压≥90 mmHg,在7天之内测量); 3. 既往有精神疾病史或服用抗精神病药物病史。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Medical diseases such as heart failure, respiratory failure and severe pulmonary infection may affect the experimental researchers; 2. Drug-uncontrolled hypertension (mean systolic blood pressure >=140 mmHg or mean diastolic blood pressure >=90 mmHg, measured within 7 days); 3. Previous history of mental illness or taking antipsychotic drugs.

Blinding:

Because the adoption or acceptance of different rehabilitation interventions is a definite behavior, it is not possible to blind the patients or treatment staff. Therefore, this study was an open study design, and the evaluation of the outcome indicators was blinded, and the patients and treatment plan implementors were not blinded.
