研究目的：

探讨数字化镜像疗法结合重复外周磁刺激治疗对脑卒中患者上肢运动功能疗效观察，为临床上肢运动功能的康复治疗提供研究依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effect of digital mirror therapy combined with repetitive peripheral magnetic stimulation on upper limb motor function in stroke patients, and to provide a research basis for the rehabilitation of clinical upper limb motor function.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1)存在认知障碍; （2)存在骨折或肌肉骨骼损伤; （3)既往参与MT的经验； （4)病情不稳定； （5）无法全程参与，不配合者； （6）存在重复外周磁治疗禁忌症的病理状况(例如：心脏起搏器、颅内植入物、植入药物泵、癫痫和妊娠)。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) patients with cognitive impairment; (2) presence of fractures or musculoskeletal injuries; (3) previous experience in MT; (4) unstable condition; (5) those who are unable to participate in the whole process or do not cooperate; (6) presence of pathological conditions contraindicated to repeated peripheral magnetic therapy (e.g., pacemakers, intracranial implants, implanted drug pumps, epilepsy, and pregnancy).
